Get Corporate Spending out of Montana Elections

I support the Montana Plan, a Constitutional Initiative that will end corporate spending in Montana politics.

Citizens United, passed in 2010, allowed large corporations to spend unlimited amounts of money to support their chosen political candidates, provided the corporations were technically independent of the campaigns.

The Montana Plan is a “breakthrough legal strategy” that will help Montanans beat Citizens United and take back our politics.

This is a proposed constitutional initiative that would add a new section to the Montana Constitution defining powers granted to “artificial persons, including corporations.”

But it’s not on the ballot yet!

You can add your signature to the petition at Prairie House Gardens in Glasgow, Montana or on Saturday, June 6 in downtown Glasgow during the Catfish Classic.
